I read somewhere that the inside of banana peels would help heal the sore due to potassium in it, he tried it by taping pieces of peel to his nose, it healed! Is prepare in same way like purée spinach... the water of nettle can be used for drink as tea or clean hair and wash face ... also the nettle shampoo are great for all hairs.
