Hi Teo,
Personal I used in many dishes... soups, fried or saute vegetable mix. Ok... Here Is one easy recipe.. if you like smoked fish you can opted for this .... 100-200 grams smoked fish, 200-300 grams coconut milk, 1 pieces squash Chayote, 50 grams beans, 1 onion, and 1 root ginger.
Wash beans and boiled very good (to not give bloated you can put 1/3 teaspoon of baking soda in water were you boil beans, and change water after seething). When beans are boiled put inside smoke fish, grated squash Chayote, coconut milk, onion chopped fine, root of ginger cut in 2 pieces after you peeled and salt and pepper after taste. If you like spice foods can put in this soup 1-2 red hot chili pepper or more up to your taste. Another way is to use raw in salads like you use zucchini or cucumbers.
